libfiredns0.9 software package provides Runtime libraries for firedns, an asynch. dns resolver library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfiredns0.9
libfiredns0.9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfiredns0.9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfiredns0.9 *
You will get with libfiredns0.9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
